The 'plain' or 'thin' format: the last hardcover format used for this series until 2004. Cover illustration by Larry Frederick. White endpapers, with green drawingsof the Bob-Whites, now distinctly teenagers of the period (1970's.) Measures 7 3/4 by 5 1/8 inches. 234 pages.
