Beautiful First Edition bound in original brown cloth with titles stamped in gilt on spine and in black on front board. Square, tight and clean throughout with a touch of wear to ends and tips. A tiny ding in the spine little or no wear. A touch of off-setting to end-papers but quite minor. Attractive and quite scarce unclipped, though unpriced, dust-jacket, has 2" piece at the spine torn and held on by a tiny piece of tape on the recto. Wear to edges and tips and a couple of tiny closed tears. Spine toned. Mild soiling. Still fairly bright and quite uncommon in any condition. A handsome collectable copy of a very difficult item to find, particularly in nice condition and in dust-jacket.
