"This story is from Rolf Krake's Saga, written by the singer from Iceland. It is about two little Danish Viking boys, five and seven years old. Their home was the Castle Deerholm, by Roskilde Fjord in Denmark." - p.2. Black and white illustrations on alternate pages throughout. llustrated endpapers. Author's first book in English. Binding tender but intact. Heavy wear and soiling to publisher's red cloth. Dust jacket not included. Several school stamps. Not pretty but a rare surviving copy of this charming Danish tale..
