Light rubbing to lower edge and spine ends, else a fine copy in original color pictorial dust jacket (minute wear at spine ends and corners, no medal affixed). Signed by the author/artist, Caldecott Medalist Taro Yashima, in both English and Japanese characters and with one 4½-inch and one one-inch watercolor drawings.
