First U.S. edition. Supernatural romance concerning psychic and her family who purchase an absurdly cheap house, "The Beeches," which is haunted by ghost of former owner and is known locally as "Hell's Corner." Bleiler (1978), p. 156. Reginald 11287. Pulpy endpapers and paper stock tanned but not brittle, several spots to cloth, else a fine copy in very good four-color pictorial dust jacket (with illustration by Neff on front panel and repeated on rear panel) with shelf wear and several tiny chips along top and bottom edges and some mild general dust soiling. A nice copy. (#130423)
