One of 500 copies. Mostly journals of a voyage on board the ship George Washington of Boston, J.S. Cummings, Master, from New York Towards Mobile. Several references to Cuba, P.T. Barnum, New Orleans, whales, etc. Most likely never read before, as some pages are still attached and uncut.

Binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has light tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear.
