About This Item
London: Methuen, 1986. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is crisp and clean. There is a former owner's name on the half title page, but no other marks or signs of wear. The black covers are also in excellent condition, with just a bit of wear to edges and corners. The dust jacket is not price-clipped, and has minor wear to edges, but no chips, tears or damage. A very nice copy. The jacket is now in a protective plastic cover. Description: "Soldiers with medals; desk warriors in suits; slaves to fashion in tee shirts. Inside every uniform there is a human being hoping to stay hidden. Simon Bond's handsome new collecion of drawings in black and white and colour offers a poker-faced and hilarious mixture of social critique and zany burlesque".
