Postage is USPS priority or media mail. US Postal Service insurance rates are: up to $50.00 is $1.30; $50.01 to $100 is $2.20; $100.01 and up is $3.20 plus $1.00 per additional $100.00 of value. Inquire if requiring UPS or USPS overnight service. Please inquire for foreign shipping rates. Availability of books ordered by e-mail will be confirmed by e-mail. If ordering by telephone, please leave a return phone number for order confirmation. We are generally NOT available by phone during the following times: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-6:00PM PST.
