First Impression collecting the trilogy of novels that comprise the author's kaleidoscopic portrait of the United States between the turn of the 20th century and the beginning of the Great Depression. About Fine (sunning to toe of spine; dusty top edge) publisher's French blue cloth with gilt and black decor; Near Fine dust jacket rubbed along spine folds and ends but retaining it's price. Uncommon, especially in this condition. Potter 18 (noting irregular pagination, because this compilation was printed from plates for the individual volumes, with certain preliminary leaves removed). N. B. With few exceptions (always identified), we only stock books in exceptional condition, with dust jackets carefully preserved in archival, removable mylar sleeves.
