A story that spans almost seven decades of American life - from the eve of Black Friday to the rumble of the guns at Pearl Harbour. Black cloth with gilt titling to spine, 640 pages. Some edge and shelf wear, textblock edge has a very slim ink line probably due to printer's error and some foxing, endpapers browned. Dust jacket is worn and frayed, two-inch by half-inch open tear to top spine end, one-inch by half inch open tear to bottom spine end, small holes in spine, neatly torn or cut the length of the spine but held together in clear plastic jacket cover. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
