8vo. Newtown, PA: Bird & Bull Press, 1991. 8vo, 79, [3]pp. Illustrated, and with 12 original 5 x 8 " marbled paper samples. As new. § First Edition, No. 185 of 250 copies. The first book on the technique of Spanish Marbling which purportedly was invented when a workman in a marbling shop had a bad case of the shakes from a night of drinking and could not get his hands steady enough to make a proper sheet. The result was a spectacular new form which happily his boss liked and the style lasts to this day.
