The first book on the technique of Spanish Marbling which purportedly was invented when a workman in a marbling shop had a bad case of the shakes from a night of drinking and could not get his hands steady enough to make a proper sheet. The result was a spectacular new form which happily his boss liked and the style lasts to this day.
