Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If not as described, I pay return postage. Note that the postage amount I charge (currently $3.50) applies to any size order sent domestically in the United States. I.e. one book is $3.50 for postage and subsequent books add $0.00. Unfortunately that's not the case for International orders. I've tried to make my shipping matrix match what it would cost to send even heavier books. But I can adjust to the real cost if asked. Biblio does have a service that boosts international orders from Philadelphia. I'm not sure how that works out costwise at the buyer's end, but I get to send Media Mail to Philly and not have to fill out the triplicate customs form.
I've started adding tracking to orders after they are sent out. I have to hand-copy from USPS receipt. I mark orders as shipped initially without tracking, when books are pulled and address label is created. I add tracking when I return from post office with receipt. I try to limit outgoing to twice a week (Monday or Tuesday and Fridays).
In the past I've deemed tracking unnecessary. But I've noticed I only need to alter a few digits to previous numbers. It's not difficult. I know I waste a lot of time watching tracking to see when an item I'm looking forward to will be arriving, and with everyone doing that it's a big time sink when 99% of the time things show up fine even if not necessarily on time. With the postal service's woes lately, I'm fine with providing tracking now.

I also try to grade books conservatively and indicate obvious flaws, even if the flaws don't depreciate the reading-value of the book. Plus I give info on which printing/edition a book is. A lot of my older listings are copied direct from the printed-paper catalogs I used to send out bulk rate. These listings economized on paper, so they might be shorter than what I can do now on-line. Plus I add photos now. These older listings, lacking ISBNs, can be bargains, with the older pricings still unchanged. As many of you have found out.
Presently I'm only selling books here on Biblio. I no longer sell on Amazon. Lots of reasons, but basically I wasn't enjoying the selling experience on their platform. Even when sometimes I'd sell a book for a sky-high price, going by the competition's even sky-higher prices. Also on Amazon there's a lot of dirt-cheap prices on books that generally don't get described individually, just the seller boiler-plate touting themselves in general.
