Condition of each volume is GOOD+: heavy wear to covers and spines, heavier at corners and spines, spines faded, edges of text block darkened, light foxing to end papers, pages clean, bindings fine, previous owner's name in ink on second ffep. Vol. 1- few light pencil underlinings in text, top corner of spine end worn. Vol. 2- leather label missing from spine, two ffep.s folded, several pages loose but attached. Vol. 3- leather label missing from spine, two rips to leather on front and rear covers. Vol. 4- ink spot on front cover, rips to leather on rear cover, top spine end worn.
