The story of an American minister and doctor who first set up a Project Concern clinic in Hong Kong, then a second clinic on barges to serve the thousands of Chinese who spend their entire lives on junks. After Project Concern clinics had spread around Hong Kong, Dr. Turpin moved on to Vietnam where he worked extensively among the people of the Montagnard tribe of KoHo.
