Foxing along the inner hinges, otherwise a fine, unmarked copy. Intro. by Diana Vreeland. Unclipped pictorial jacket has closed tears on the spine edges and corners. This collection portrays the era of fashion and design of the early 20th century society. The feminine drapery and feathers of the 1910's, the bangles and beads of the Jazz Age rendered by the artists of Vogue. Although commercial art was dominated by men, sixteen of these twenty-four covers were created by women artists such as Helen Dryden and Srah Stilwell Weber.
