London: Blackwood, 1933. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. (Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood & Sons Ltd. 1933). First UK Edition. Publishers emerald-green cloth with black spine lettering with the motif of a sailing ship also on the spine. Minor foxing to both sets of end-papers otherwise a near fine copy in the VERY RARE D/W priced 12/6 net to the spine as called for. The D/W (also near fine) is complete with just a hint of fraying at the spine tips. A rare book especially in D/W. Inexplicably scarce account of sailing adventures in the Mediterranean by the Limerick-based yachtsman, architect and author.
