New York: (Privately Printed), 1875. First Edition. Hardcover. viii, 198pp. Green cloth stamped in gold on the spine, top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Six maps (five of which are foldout), 4 page supplement from 1876 laid in. With the bookplate of the Larchmont Yacht Club on front pastedown endpaper. Light wear to extremities, rear hinge cracked, mild scattered foxing throughout. A very good copy. Howes M906. ; Octavo.
