Petaluma: Barry Singer Gallery, 2000. Paperback. 29p., 8x10.5 inches, essay, chronology, illustrated with b&w reproductions of the photos in the exhibit, very good monograph/catalog in pictorial wraps. Smith shot for Life, Time, NY Times et al. He served as a photographer on Okinawa where he was severely injured and was beaten by union workers in Minimata while exposing the mercury poisoning there.
