Previous owner's inscription on fep dated 1866. Hinges splitting internally. Frontispiece loose. Intermittent spot of light foxing in text. Rear free ep missing. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering on front board and spine. Blindstamp decoration on boards. Corners bumped and rubbed. Boards patchily faded. Overall condition Good+.
