Hardcover, red cloth boards show scuffing and spotting and there is quite a bit of peeling and fraying to the spine area, which is the main reason the condition grade is so low. The interior binding also has some issues, although the condition is better than the exterior. There is some pulling and cracking in several spots, although the book appears complete. All 16 illustrations have been verified as being present and in good condition. Toning and smudge marks are present but the book is free of any handwriting, no bookplates, no signatures, no library markings.
