London: Religious Tract Society A VG copy of this relatively scarce book. Undated but with a tipped in note that this (and others) were given as presents on January 2nd 1851. In the original decorative cloth binding with gilt design and titles to front board and gilt titles to spine and blind stamped decoration to both boards. All page edges gilt. With numerous black and white engravings. The binding is in very good clean and bright condition, with a little fading to the spine and a little bumping to corners. The original endpapers are present with a little marking and a presentation slip pasted in at the front. The text is clean and bright.
