Publisher's red cloth front cover with gilt border and lettering and a laid-down photographic portrait of Ferguson. Aside from a very small piece absent from the cover illustration, a very good and clean copy.A biography of Eastern Washington pioneer J. Edward Ferguson. He was a Pacific Messenger Boy in Tacoma, the first fire chief of Wenatchee, a member of the first musical band in Wenatcee, the police chief in Wenatchee, and a member of the USGS.
