An eclectic periodical, published coincident with Clark's Fulbright study and posting as Instructor in American Poetry, at the University of Essex. The titles varied (all words concluding with 'CE') but each was denoted "A One Shot Magazine ... No Copyright No Nothin." Wendingen: An Illustrated Magazine of the Arts of "Architectura et Amicitia". "This number is dedicated to the East-Asiatic Art of the collection "Petrucci" in Amsterdam, with accompanying text by Henri Borel, Dr. Karl With, Count Hermann Keyserling and A. Vecht". The text consists of Henri Borel's background of the collector Raphael Petrucci and 18 beautiful full-page gravures of the collection (with captions). This fragile folio volume has held up nicely: Solid and VG in its ribbon-tied decorative panels. Light wear along the spine and at the panel edges. Very small former owner name and date to the title page as well, otherwise very clean.
