Magazine features considerable advertising relating to the business of advertising--photo or artwork illustration, varieties of printing, placement of adverts (magazines, newspapers, streetcars, etc.), various paper products, firms handling accounts, etc. Of particular interest is an advertisement illustrated by Ray Bethers and, in the "Art Review of the Year" section of the magazine, photographs by Ansel Adams, Maurice Logan, and others. The magazine is stuffed with promotional materials relating to the trade while, in the "Publisher's Own Page" the attempt is made to downplay the magnitude of the Depression. .
