Very good with small tears, rubbing, some creasing, minor edge wear and perforation, minor stains on cover. French-fold original wraps with some insect damage. Illustrated color plates, maps. One of 100 copies printed. Folded Presentation sheet, finely printed on deckled handmade paper "from Henry H. Hart for fellow members of the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco" present.
