Toronto: Thomas Allen, 1923. Stiff card covers bound in beige/red/navy pictorial dust wrapper, 149 numbered pages. Presented in cardboard gift box with matching picture on top half and corrugated liner in bottom half. Book has previous owner's inscription in black ink on front pastedown, very faint finger prints on page 24 and 106, two small brown smudges (1/4 inch) on page 125, else pages clean and sewn binding firm. Overall, very good. Attached dust wrapper lightly smudged, moderately rubbed and chipped along top and bottom edge, rubbed patch (1/4 inch) along side of spine, else very good. Gift box moderately smudged, corners rubbed. Top half has light foxing, water stain on two corners, tear through one side, previous owner's name written in black ink along front top edge; bottom half has small closed tear (1/4 inch) on one side, wrinkle in both longer sides. Overall, good. . First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
