Number VII of 25 Roman-numereled copies SIGNED BY KAFKA & GARTH JEFFERS from a total issue of 30 printed on Umbria handmade paper (the remaining 5 "Press copies" were lettered "U" to "Y"), THIS COPY HEAVILY INSCRIBED AND UNUSUAL THUS by both Robert Kafka, the editor, and Garth Jeffers, Una and Robinson's son, who provides the foreword, to collector Allen K. Mears, "Who I think will be interested in a fragment of a draught - unknown context, unknown audience - which Una jotted down about 25 years after the events chronicled herein .... With cordialest regards on the Jeffers Centennial" (Kafka) and "I'll not even try to match Rob's inscription but my salutations are equally sincere" (Garth). 8vo full English calf (leather) boards with title blindstamping to spine and marbled endpapers; in publisher's buckram cloth-covered slipcase.
