New York & London: Harper & Brothers, (1917). First Edition. Hardcover. Some toning to the text, the rear endpaper and pastedown darkened. Near Fine, lacking the scarce dustwrapper. Small octavo (4-1/2" x 7") in the publisher's gilt-lettered and ruled blue cloth; 78, [1] pages, several of which are uncut. SIGNED by the President on the front endpaper. Books autographed by Wilson are rather uncommon. From the library of Cuyler Reynolds (1866-1934), a well-regarded journalist and author who was named the Albany City Historian, with his small address label on the front pastedown.
