Page measures 26.5" x 39.5".<br/><br/> Beautiful print of a turkey from second facsimile edition. This edition, which was published from the original plates 135 years after their creation, recreates the entire set of 435 images in their original double elephant folio format. Published in conjunction with the Audubon Society, the edition commemorates the two hundredth birthday of John James Audubon. Paper bears the authenticating watermark. Audubon (1785-1851) was an American naturalist, painter and ornithologist.
