Peter Lang, 1988; octavo, 402pp; physically good hardcover, no dust jacket, binding is strong and tight; one note in ink on rear end paper which refers to one margin bracket in ink on page 85; otherwise internally clean with no notes or markings; small stain on front pastedown; there are a few light stain spots on front cover (largest is size of a quarter) and some discoloration on rear cover; overall, it is a good copy. Hard Cover. Good.
