Publishing date is unknown, but this is the original hardcover issue, not a recent reprint. Each of the eight recipe sections is introduced by a page, printed on slightly heavier paper, each of the 8 pages displaying a different full-color photo, most of them of vintage airplanes, with the name, date, and a little bit of information about the airplane.
