NY: G. P. Putnam's Sons; (1966). First Edition . Hardcover. First printing of the author's second book, very good in a very good dust jacket. Edges of page block are lightly soiled; some shelfwear to bottom edge of boards. The brown jacket is rubbed, and has numerous small chips and tears. The spine is sunned to a sort of green color. A tight, square copy with no names or other markings in the book.
