About This Item
London: Anglo-Italian Publication Ltd, 1953. No dustwrapper, fading to the titles on the spine and a water-stain on back cover, otherwise a good clean tight copy of this hard-cover novel set in the world of S&M orgies in post-WW2 Europe. The author was born Giuseppe Golacicco, he changed his name to Joseph Syndica-Drummond before changing it again to Joseph Syndica-Drummond, Count of Torrigia in 1950 (he claimed to have been given his title by the Pope). He was a very minor figure in far-right politics at the time. 176pp.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
