London: George Allen & Unwin Ltd; Designed as an elementary course of instruction and to meet the requirements of technical classes in connection with the Board of Education undated/circa 1930s; Fourth Edition 8vo size green patterned clothbound hardcover with black titles on the spine and cover; 91 pages with black and white illustrations by the author. Bumped head and heel of spine; there is a bump to the bottom of page 25 through the end of the book and a light crease in the corner of page 33 increasing in size through the last page. There is a blemish to the inside corner of back inside cover. Light tanning and/or foxing to inside covers and endpapers; bookseller's prices on fep; original bookseller's stamp (which was department store Hammacher, Schlemmer) on fep; small spot on outside pages. . 4th. Cloth. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
