Illustrated with ten full-page photo prints, tipped in, showing various wood-engraving techniques; together with 38 full-page examples of exemplary wood-engravings and woodcuts by, e.g., Gill, Hughes-Stanton, Nash, Gibbings, and Leighton herself. Tips worn, top and bottom of spine lightly abraded; otherwise a clean, bright, and sound copy.
