London: Faber & Faber. Very Good in Very Good- dust jacket. 1966. Second. Hardcover. Green cloth hardback is tightly bound with no marks. Contains eight color plates as well as a section of 96 monochrome plates at the end of the book, key to marks, Bibliography two Appendices and Index. Bookseller sticker to ffep. Light foxing to top and fore edges. Gilt and blue to spine with very light wear at spine but no other wear. Clipped DJ, now in Brodart, has foxing but little wear. Digital photos available. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 92 pages .
