Halifax: Press of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, 1974. First edition. 338 pp., narrow 4to. Copublished with New York University Press. With a significant new introduction to this second printing, following the original introduction. Sewn signatures bound into photo-illustrated wrappers, in dust-jacket reproducing the design of the cover. Minuscule crease to bottom corner of cover; essentially as new, in a very good jacket with slight rubbing to front panel and soiling to back.
