London: Revolutionary Communist Party, 1946. First Edition. 8vo (8 1/2 inches / 215 mm tall), pages 259-288 in stapled wrappers. Some toning to pages, general handling wear, creasing to bottom of pages, staple rusted. Old news clippings laid in. A Very Good copy. Trotskyist periodical, issued by the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain. This issue contains an article by Leon Trotsky, "U.S.S.R.: Non-Proletarian and Non-Bourgeois State." Other articles take the Soviet Union to task for its expansionist aims in Europe, and there's a news roundup from meetings of the British and French sections of the Fourth International. No other copies in commerce as of April 26, 2018. SCARCE.
