Octavo, maroon leather boards with gilt lettering to spine & front board & gjilt Girton College coat of arms to front board, gilt rule to board edges, aeg, patterned eps, frontispiece with tissue guard, viii + 901pp, VG- (heavy scuffing & fading to spine, bruising with some loss to spine extrems, light rubbing to board edges, some fading to rear board, slight tanning to prelims & terminals). Lovely volume - main detractor is condition of spine.
