Spin leather chipped at title block and cracked along spine, heavy edge wear and bumping of corners and spine ends, front cover detached, spotting, a few wrinkles in leather, no front free end paper, signature of former owner, B. Franklin Horning, and date 1847 on title page, tanning of pages, light signature of owner on back free end paper, binding tight other than detached front cover.
