Chicago: IWW, 1986. Pamphlet. 36p., wraps are silkscreened pink on green, (both wraps and textblock), 8.5x11 inches, title page appears to be hand set by Gato Negro Press (I. U.450, IWW), profusely illustrated with Troy's not-always captioned newspaper work, in very good condition. Joe Troy, hobo Wobbly with no fixed address, was born in the 1870s and drew cartoons for the IWW until the 1950s when 'it was assumed that Joe caught his last long freight.'.
