London, 1787. Engraved for Anderson's History of Commerce, printed at the Logographic Press". The Western and Eastern Hemispheres on Mercator projection with Cook's three voyage tracks & Anson's voyage noted with dates. Australia is shown connected to Tasmania, before Bass Straits were mapped. Attractive copper engraving with a lined area surrounding the hemispheres with shading. A map with the identical title is cited in Dorothy and Thomas Prescott's 1996 book "A Guide to Maps of Australia in Books Published 1780--1830" with the imprint "Scudlow sculpt 1787" - this copy with the imprint "Scudlow, sculpt No. 102 Strand
