Truro, Cornwall: Bradford Barton, 1968. Charting the work (and builders) of Essex lifeboats since the first in1876. First edition signed by the author on title page. In the "Wreck and Rescue" series. Red/black covers with gilt lettering on black spine panel, 166pp plus adverts. Black top edges with b/w illustrations, drawings and maps, grey endpapers. Book has slightly yellowed page edges, but no other obvious faults. Unclipped DJ has a sunned spine, very light signs of use and is in a protective jacket. A VG signed copy. Ref:093631. Signed by Author. First Edition. Cloth. VG++/VG. 14x22cm.
