United Kingdom: Adam and Charles Black. Fair in Fair dust jacket. 1955. Hardcover. SOLD AS A READING COPY - A Good hardcover in Good Minus dustjacket. Book is in generally clean boards, with damp ripple to the front board, very rubbed and bumped to corners, rubbed to all edges. The spine is rubbed and bumped with a one inch separation at the gutter. Internally very good, no writing or stamps, unmarked tanned pages, quite tanned and somewhat soiled to the text-block edges. The dustjacket is rubbed to all edges, with small losses at spine ends and corners- supplied in a new removable archival sleeve. Carefully packaged and posted within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 402 pages .
