This is a set of 20 volumes in 10 volumes of the Definitive Edition. All volumes are sound and in generally good condition. The front board of Vol. XIII-XIV is loose from the binding. Top of pages gilt, front and bottom rough trimmed with numerous top and bottom pages uncut. This complete set is ideal for study and research purposes, cutting uncut pages as needed. Many illustrations throughout and some copies of hand written signed letters. Vol I-II has a damage of the spline at the top of the front board and some bleached out spots on the back board. Vol XIX-XX has similar spots on the back board. Others have shelf wear and slight bump of corners and random light wear. Pages are clean and bright. A very good set for active study and research. Uncut pages can be cut as needed only.
