Shanghai Scientific and Technical Publisher, 1979 Hard Cover. 10 1/2 x 9 7/16. 85 pp. Written completely in Chinese by Feng Mao-seng, Guo Ke-yi and Wang Fu-quan for the Geological Museum, State Bureau of Geology of the People's Republic of China. A b rochure with the English translation inserted into text. Text is illustrated with colour photos which appear on nearly every page. Binding is bright paper on boards (photos of volcanic region. Red re c tangle in centre, with black Chinese characters. Book has heavy plastic slip cover to protect it. Endpapers are photo of a volcano - double page. No former owner's name. Bright, tight and clean. Nea r - new conditionMaps. Text photos are excellent. The English translation states that Wudalianchi is situated at the upper reaches of the Bei River, a tributary of the Nemor River in the northern part o f Dedu county, Heilungkiang province.
