Faint soiling in outer margins (well outside image area), very good condition. This is a highly decorative and richly colored antique lithograph from L'Ornement des Tissus by M. Dupont-Auberville. A French portfolio publication featuring textile designs through the centuries, it was an influential design source for architects and decorators from the nineteenth century to the present day. The fabric designs were rendered by Ch. Kreutzberger and lithographed by Regamey. The high quality printing of these genuine antique prints included the use of metallic tints. .
