Fold-out engraving of the city and harbor, fold-out letter, and fold-out map with some tape repairs. 426 pages, index (table of contents) of the city departments, the grounds, the arts, education, churches, etc. Frontispiece and photos of the city hall and city chamber. Brown textured boards with gold seal on front and gold title on spine. Red top edges. Inside hinges starting to crack. Light foxing on endpapers and just a couple of pages, otherwise clean. Light wear on board corners and some rubs of finish.
