Overall condition is good with wear to the top and bottom of spine and some wear to the bend in the cover's spine on the front - also some lifting to the cover from the cardboard that can be easily glued. Previous owner's name on inside end page. Many wonderful illustrations. A wonderful addition to a New York collection - and it adds another look at the wonderful New York story. . Limited Edition.
