About This Item

1935 Knopf hardcover stated 1st American edition. Ex-library with usual marks and residue on back pastedown from pocket removal. No dj, staining on cover, corners a little bumped, pages tanned, stains and margin marks on some pages, soil on edge, for all that, binding tight, still quite readable. Vol 2 in the Joseph and His Brothers tetralogy.

About Dave's Books

Hi. Thanks for looking at my storefront. I have been a bookseller since 1981 . I have worked for such national and local New York booksellers as Barnes and Noble, Marboro Books (B&N's mail order division) , Shakespeare and Company, The Mysterious Bookshop, Cooper Square Books, and Bookazine Wholesalers. I have also been a sales representative for a number of small book presses.
